Sales and Promotions
- No price adjustments will be provided on previous purchases and discount code cannot be combined with any other offers.
- All items marked down from their original price on sale are final sale, without exception. Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Shipping
- If you have a special shipping request, please email us and we will work to accommodate your request. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional charges for customs fees.
- Please allow for 1-2 business days after you place your order for it to be shipped.
- We ship with Canada Post. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
Covid-19
- As of March 21st, 2022 our staff is no longer permitted to wear masks.
- We have complimentary hand sanitizer located at our entrance way and also at our POS.
Lost Items
Troublesome is not responsible for shipping delays nor lost items by our shipping provider.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@troublesome.co with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo and we will do our best to sort things out!
Cashless & Paperless
Our shop is completely cash-free. We only accept debit or credit card (tap & insert). Receipts will be emailed to you or sent via text (whichever you select at checkout from our POS)
