We recommend emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to visiting our shop with your return or exchange. This allows our team to locate your order, properly verify it, then process the return/exchange.
If you are unable to make a return in person, you will be responsible for shipping the item to our address (1090 College Street, Toronto, ON, Canada M6H 1B3).
Once the items have been received, we will refund your order. Please email us before shipping your item so we can validate your return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo and we will do our best to sort things out!
We do! Just choose 'local pickup' at checkout. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please be mindful that orders can only be picked up during our regular business hours.
